1. Is there security at the terminal?

Shreveport Police provide security at the terminal.

2. What are some of the basic SporTran rules?

• Continuous riding, without a destination, is not allowed
• Panhandling or begging is not allowed at the terminal or on any bus
• Loud music , loud talking, profanity, and disruptive behavior are not allowed at the terminal or on SporTran buses
• Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed in the terminal or on buses
• Large items like wagons, yard equipment, and bicycles are not allowed on the buses
• No hazardous materials like fuels are allowed on the bus
• No firearms are allowed at the terminal or on the bus, even with a permit
• No animals are allowed except for service animals- verification may be requested
